Leakage inspection unit uses acoustic technology to inspect quality defects caused by low pressure or vacuum insufficient of the containers with iron caps. When the container passes the inspection probe, the probe sends out high energy electromagnetic wave impact container top cap with non-contact. The impacted cap will make a sound, and the sound is proportional to the pressure in the container. Acoustic technology is used to inspect whether the container is defective. Unique sound analysis can achieve high accuracy and continuity. Because of its non-contact measurement method, it has been fundamentally solved the problem that conventional weighing method cannot measure the capacity of filling liquid material and leakage in the production line.
