The Aluminum film sealing inspector of T-line is a vision inspector which is in the leading level both in China and abroad. Based on the most developed camera and optical technology, the machine will inspect the product qualified or not with the intelligent picture analysis system and the expert decision-making system.

The machine can be widely used for the inspection of the aluminum film sealing of the PE bottles. It can test the false sealing of the aluminum film, micro leakage, bottle leakage and so on and reject the unqualified product accurately.
