The inspection machine adopts two independent detection systems, which are used for detecting different forms of leakage of the aluminum film of the product, such as alumium film not-tight seal, breakage, and cap loose.

Double X-ray liquid level detection system: two X-rays are used to detect the product, and the control center compares and analyzes the two groups of values before and after extrusion, and makes a judgment. When the difference between two groups of values exceeds the predetermined range, the control center transmits the signal to the rejector, and the unqualified product is eliminated by the rejector.

The double-pressure detection system is characterized in that the pressure and the two contact pressure sensor technologies are used for detecting, and when the product passes through the inspection machine, the bilateral belt will extrude the product, and the pressure values of the two pressure sensors after the belt are transmitted in real time, the two groups of pressure values are compared and analyzed by the control center, and the judgment is made. When the difference between the two sets of pressure data exceeds the predetermined numerical range, the control center transmits the signal to the rejector, and the unqualified product is rejected by the rejector.

The device can detect the condition that the sealing of the aluminum film is not tight, the false seal or the sealing cover is not tight, the barrel body is damaged, the volume is insufficient, and so on.

 

Vacuum and pressure inspector

Pop-can extruding pressure inspector

The equipment is a fully automatic multi-function detection system equipment. Using extrusion online detection method, the can body to be detecld is extruded by bilateral belts, it is used to detect, the pressure value in the can after the secondary sterilization.If the pressure inside the cans is too high, too low or bad sealing, it will decrease after the secondary sterilization. The lid of the cans is out of shape and can' t recover. It is hard for the conventional non-contact inspector to detect, we can only use the contact method to detect the unqualified ones. Extruding pressure inspector use the extruding and contacting pressure sensor technology. When the can reaches the inspector, the bilateral belt will extrude the can, the pressure sensor send the value to the control center, after analyzed to the value, the control center sends instruction to the rejecting device to reject the ones which are with higher or lower pressure.

The inspecting system consists of HMI, pressure inspecting device and rejecting device. The pressure inspecting device is the core element. HMI includes the touch screen, tower light, operation interface. The rejector is the actuator of the system to reject the unqualified ones.

 

Capping,level and coding inspector
